I’m all ready to go back to California and take more pictures. Is it possible to be a California anniversary photographer and still live in Idaho? If you are someone who is getting married, or simply want to travel there for engagements, bridals, or anniversary session hit me up and let’s go! The pier, the beach, the unique building, and palm trees, all along with fantastic weather. I could photograph all day I’m pretty sure and not get bored. We had a huge snow storm the day we left Idaho to come to California and as I stood at the Santa Monica Pier in the beautiful California heat, I for sure wasn’t missing the snow at all. If this is what February can be like, I need to move haha. I shouldn’t complain though, because we had one of the mildest winters I have ever seen in Idaho this year. But still, no matter how little snow we got, the feeling of sun on your skin and feeling the heat instantly makes you want more.

The morning after we went to the taping of The Bachelor: Women Tell All, I had the opportunity to take pictures of this wonderful couple. Ryan and Sam are a husband and wife duo who are incredible travel bloggers. I had such a fun morning with them. It was the morning of Valentine’s day so that made it all the more fun to be able to start the day off capturing there love for each other. I had never been to the Santa Monica Pier before and I was thrilled I got to go there on my short trip to California. The colors everywhere are amazing, and of course seeing the beach is always great. My wife stayed at our airbnb and packed and got ready while I took these, and once she saw how gorgeous it was there she regretted that decision.
