Annie is my wife’s friend from high school. She recently contacted my to do a product shoot for her company. She makes and sells little kids moccasins, and they are cute, great quality and long lasting. My son has two pairs and we just love them! If you have little kids then you need them, so check her out at Nome Kids! Also if you want to see the work I did for them, either way just go browse! Annie was 9 months pregnant when we scheduled her shoot. Talk about deadication, she worked up until the very last minute. She actutally called me the the night before our shoot was orginally planned for and told me she was in labor and we would have to reschedule for the next weekend..NEXT WEEKEND?! I told her we could postpone it longer so she could recover but being the hard worker she is, she assursed me that she would be up for it. At the time she was rebranding her shoes from her old company based off Etsy called KC Moccs to her brand new website witht the name Nome Kids. So she was anxious to get it up and running. Mad props to her! My wife has had two kids and I know recovering from labor is no joke haha. So when we did her Nome Kids shoot she brought her week old baby, and rocked balancing being a mother recovering from labor and a business owner! The shoot went great and I had a blast working with the adorable little kids, including my own cute chunky legged boy. A few weeks later I got the opportunity to do this shoot of her family and some individual ones for her business. They were all naturals in front of the camera, and you could see the love they had for their new baby girl. I love lifestyle shoots and getting to capture families interacting and being together.
