We went to Utah a few weekends ago to do a handful of different photo shoots. Casey is such a busy man between working full time and this week in particular he had 6 photo shoots. The one I was most excited about though was this maternity shoot right here. It is my son’s future best friend in the making, so how can I not be excited about it? Krista has been my step sister since I was 8 years old, after butting heads, we decided that we could work together to be the bosses of our families, and quickly became best friends too! Krista is as gorgeous on the inside as she is on the outside. She is kind, nice, friendly to everyone, creative, patient and so fun! We roomed together in college and during that time she was a nanny for a couple of families in Logan, Utah. She would have themed days, and would do crafts with them, and was full of so much love for each child. I have told her a million times that I should probably just work full time and that she could be my kids nanny, and they would be thrilled. I have been waiting for her to become a mother for a long time. This December they came over and gave me a Christmas present and to my surprise it was a baby onesie. The minute I saw it in the bag I began to cry and was beyond excited! I have loved seeing her grow and feel the baby kick, although I wish I could see her more often throughout this pregnancy. I can’t wait to see her and Brandon be parents to this lucky little guy. No doubt that he will be completely spoiled and loved. August just can’t come soon enough.
