I have been driving past this building for a long time and wanting to do a warehouse formal type of session in it, so when the fantastic Olivia of Honey B Floral told me she knew the owner and wanted to do this shoot inside here I was thrilled to say the least. Lately I have been obsessing over owning a photography studio and ideally having it double as a reception center. This place has been top of the list. So one day if it becomes available, count me in! It has the yummy natural light that is a must have in a studio, its unique and pretty darn awesome. So point of the story is I am happy we were able to shoot here.
I loved getting to work with Olivia again! I have known her for a while, and I have took her engagements, bridals and in-home session when she had her adorable baby boy. If you check out their in-home session you can see how creative of an artist she is in decorating her home, and that definitely translates into her floral arrangements also. I loved that she wanted to do 2 different floral arrangement looks. They are so different and both gorgeous. She is so talented!
Mixed of film and digital images. All film images were shot on a Pentax 645n medium format film camera with Kodak Portra 400 film and developed at The FIND Lab.
